    Descriptions

  • Responsible for assisting sales personnel in technical communication with customers, conducting in-depth analysis of user needs, and helping users provide solutions to problems.
  • Suggest appropriate and effective solutions based on the clients' identified technical needs.
  • Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
  • Responsible for writing business and technical solutions for data center pre design and consulting, mid-term engineering construction and hardware equipment procurement, backend operation and maintenance, and operation.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal.
  • Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Requirements

  • S1 graduate from Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, Informatics Technique or related fields
  • Having minimum of 3 years experience in data center technical support and oood pre-sales work experience.
  • Experience in data center industry design institutes, system integrator, equipment manufactures, operations and maintenance vendors id preferred.
  • Skills and knowledge required to prepare and present tenders or proposals
  • Having strong customer communication skills, good interpersonal
  • Dynamic, active, hardworking and target oriented
  • Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable
  • Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
  • Good medical record
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building, presentation and conversational skill
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field, IT field would be desirable
  • Good command in English would be a plus point
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A problem solver
  • Communicative and talk active
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, and managed service would be a plus point
  • Good analytical skill
  • Fast respond and open minded
  • Good understanding in cost and budgeting, especially for sales needed
  • Having experience in operating sales module (such as CRM, ERP, etc) is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
